Independent, and specific about it

We are an independent repair company. That word matters here, so it is worth being plain about what it means: nobody sends us work, nobody sets our prices, and no manufacturer has approved, appointed or endorsed us. We buy genuine OEM parts, we work on one brand, and we answer to the person whose kitchen we are standing in.

Marsh Tide Appliance Service is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Sub-Zero or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.

Why only Sub-Zero

Because refrigeration is unforgiving and familiarity is most of the job. Seeing the same evaporator, the same condenser and the same control behaviour several times a week is what turns a two-hour diagnosis into a twenty-minute one. A shop that takes every brand in the county cannot know any of them the same way.

What we hold

EPA Section 608 certified technicians. EPA Section 608 certification covers the safe handling and recovery of the sealed-system refrigerant in your appliance. We are also Licensed and insured in the State of Florida.

How we price

Flat $129 diagnostic, credited toward the repair when you approve the work. Written estimate before anything is opened up. 90 days on labour, 365 days on parts, and genuine OEM parts on every repair. If a repair does not make economic sense on a particular unit, we will say so before parts are ordered rather than after.
