Salt air off the Atlantic corrodes condenser fins, hinge hardware and stainless trim; roughly 68 thunderstorm days a year is hard on control boards. Inside 32082 that exposure is a gradient rather than a constant: a cabinet a few hundred yards from the dune needs its condenser looked at roughly twice as often as the same cabinet three miles west behind the marsh, and anything installed on an open pool deck takes the dune-side dose wherever the house happens to sit. Distance from the water is the number worth knowing before we arrive.

- What does the first visit cost?
- A flat $129 diagnostic. It covers the visit and the diagnosis, and it is credited toward the repair if you approve the work. You get a written estimate before anything is opened up, so the decision is yours with the numbers in front of you.
- What is covered after the repair?
- 90 days on labour and 365 days on parts. Parts are genuine OEM, ordered against the model and serial plate on your own unit rather than a generic cross-reference, because the wrong-but-similar part is the most common reason a repair comes back.
- Do you work on other brands?
- No. Sub-Zero refrigeration only — built-in and integrated cabinets, columns, undercounter units, wine storage, ice machines and outdoor refrigeration. Working on one manufacturer is how a small shop stays genuinely useful on it.
- When can you come out?
- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm. We do not run an overnight or emergency service, and we would rather say so than promise a van at midnight that never arrives.
- How far do you travel?
- Ponte Vedra Beach is the base, and the van covers roughly forty miles from it — Nocatee, the beaches, St. Augustine and across to Mandarin, San Marco and Deerwood. If you are near the edge of that, call and ask.
- Who handles the refrigerant?
