There is no contact form on this site, no mailbox and no ticket queue behind it. You describe the cabinet to the person who will be standing in front of it, and the visit is booked on that call.

No overnight or emergency service. We would rather say that than promise a van at midnight.
Have this to hand
- The model and serial number from the plate inside the cabinet, if you can reach it
- What the compartment temperatures actually read, not what the display says they should
- When it started, and whether anything changed in the house around then
- Whether the unit is built in, integrated, undercounter or outdoors
Where we are
Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082, in St. Johns County. This is a mobile operation with no walk-in counter, so there is no street address to publish — the van comes to the kitchen.
