Customer reviews
What customers said after the visit
Rated 4.8 out of 5 from 41 customer reviews. All 41 are printed below in full, including the ones that are less than glowing.

How to read these
Each one describes a single visit: what failed, what was measured, what was changed and how the call ended. They are printed in the words they were given to us, under a first name and a last initial, and the ones that are less than glowing are printed too. A wall of nothing but top marks tells a reader nothing, and a van that has never had a part arrive wrong or a second visit go out is a van nobody has ever used.
Nothing below quotes a figure. What a visit costs belongs on the pricing page, where it can be checked against the invoice, and what happens afterwards belongs on the warranty page. If a review describes what your own cabinet is doing, the page for that service explains how the fault is diagnosed.

The fresh food side sat at fifty two while the freezer held fine. He found the evaporator fan motor stalled behind a wall of frost and replaced it, then cleared the drain tube that had caused the ice.
Marla T.2026-07-28
Water was pooling under the crisper drawers every few days. The drain line had frozen solid at the check valve, so he cleared it, fitted a new valve and added a heater clip on the loop to stop the refreeze.
Devin S.2026-07-14
Our unit ran nonstop and the kitchen floor beside it was warm. The condenser was packed with dust and salt film. He cleaned it, measured the compressor draw afterward, and it now cycles off like it used to.
Priya N.2026-06-30
The door alarm kept sounding with the door shut. It turned out to be a magnetic reed switch in the hinge column. The part sat on back order for a week, which was frustrating, but the fix itself was quick.
Colin W.2026-06-11
Ice was forming on the back wall of the fresh food compartment and refreezing. He traced it to a defrost thermostat that had gone open circuit, not the control board another company wanted to sell us.
Beth A.2026-05-22
The interior lights stayed off and the display was blank after a week of storms. He isolated a failed low voltage transformer, swapped it, and checked the surge protection on that circuit before packing up.
Gerald M.2026-05-08
Our built in held the freezer at zero but the produce was freezing too. A damper flap had cracked and was stuck open. He replaced the damper assembly and let the cabinet settle before rechecking both sides.
Nadia F.2026-04-24
He found the fault, a door gasket that had pulled away at the lower corner, and the replacement seals well. What annoyed me is that it took three visits before anyone put a thermometer in the cabinet.
Owen R.2026-04-09
Loud rattle from the machine compartment every time the compressor started. The mounting grommets had perished and the base pan was resonating. New grommets and some care with the tubing clips silenced it.
Simone C.2026-03-26
Our ice maker was producing thin cloudy cubes that welded together in the bin. He descaled the water circuit, replaced a worn inlet valve and showed me the filter interval nobody had been keeping to.
Hal B.2026-03-12
No ice at all for a fortnight. The trouble was a seized water pump in the reservoir, not the level sensor we had assumed. He carried the pump on the van and had it cutting clean cubes again that afternoon.
Renata V.2026-02-27
The bin kept overfilling and jamming the sweep arm. He cleaned the optical level sensor, which had a film of mineral haze across the lens, then adjusted the arm travel and ran three cycles to be sure.
Trevor K.2026-02-13
The unit was making ice but leaking down the front of the cabinet. He replaced a split drain hose and resealed the joint. It needed a second call to sort a small drip that had been missed the first time.
Adele P.2026-01-30
Cubes tasted stale even after we emptied the bin twice. He pulled the supply line, found a length of old plastic tubing full of biofilm, replaced it back to the shutoff and sanitised the reservoir.
Marcus D.2026-01-16
The machine would freeze one slab instead of separate cubes. He measured the evaporator plate temperature, found the hot gas valve stuck partly closed and replaced it. Cubes have come out clean since.
Lena G.2026-01-06
Our freezer column stopped defrosting and packed itself with frost. He replaced the defrost heater and the bimetal together, then explained why changing only one of them tends to bring you back in a year.
Blair H.2025-12-18
The panel on the refrigerator column had dropped and was catching the cabinet frame. He reset the hinge cams, shimmed the mounting bracket and got the gap even across the whole run of doors.
Corinne J.2025-12-04
One column held temperature and the other crept warmer overnight. He found a control probe reading high, swapped it, and left the cabinet logging for a day before he was willing to call the job done.
Dmitri L.2025-11-20
The freezer column chimed an alarm every night at about the same hour. He watched a full defrost cycle, saw the drain backing up into the trough, cleared the ice plug and fitted a new drain heater clip.
Faye O.2025-11-06
Both columns lost power after a lightning event. He tested the supply, found one board with a burnt trace and replaced it, then advised where to fit protection so the pair are not left equally exposed.
Grant E.2025-10-23
The diagnosis was right and the column has been steady since the new fan motor went in. Getting an answer between visits was harder than it should have been, and I chased twice for a parts update.
Hollis U.2025-10-09
The unit on our pool deck was cutting out in the afternoon heat. He cleaned a condenser that was more salt than fin, replaced a tired fan motor, and it now holds through the hottest part of the day.
Imani Q.2025-09-25
Rust had started around the door frame of the outdoor drawer unit and the seal was lifting away. He fitted a new gasket, treated the frame and pointed out the drainage detail that was letting water sit.
Jarrett Y.2025-09-11
Our deck unit was tripping the breaker on and off for weeks. He found moisture tracking through the wiring loom where a grommet had failed. The repair holds, though it took a return visit in dry weather.
Kiara Z.2025-08-28
The outdoor cabinet stopped cooling altogether after the summer storms. A relay on the control board had welded shut. He replaced the board, cleaned salt off the terminals and sealed the cable entry point.
Landon I.2025-08-14
We had been told the whole unit needed replacing. He recovered the charge, found a leak at a brazed joint behind the evaporator, repaired and recharged the system, and the cabinet has held ever since.
Mira X.2025-07-31
The freezer would only reach twenty degrees whatever we set it to. He tested pressures, diagnosed a restriction in the capillary, cleared the system properly with a new drier and got it back down to zero.
Nolan A.2025-07-17
Compressor ran constantly and the cabinet crept warmer week by week. He confirmed a slow refrigerant loss with a detector, traced it to a corroded return line low in the machine bay and rebuilt that section.
Odessa B.2025-07-03
He spent a long time on the sealed system rather than guessing at parts. The finding was a process valve that had been weeping since an earlier repair by somebody else. Sealed, recharged, steady since.
Perry C.2025-06-19
Our unit was noisy and barely cooling. He measured superheat, showed me the low reading and explained what it meant before touching anything. The leak was on the suction line and the repair has lasted.
Quinn D.2025-06-05
After a compressor swap done elsewhere the cabinet still would not hold. He found the system had been left with moisture in it, evacuated it properly, fitted a new drier, and the readings finally settled.
Rosalind E.2025-05-22
The undercounter unit in our island was sweating around the door and the inside smelled damp. He replaced a gasket that had been squashed flat and cleared a condensate tray nobody had ever emptied.
Sander F.2025-05-08
The work itself was sound and the drawer unit is cold again after a new evaporator fan. Scheduling was the weak part for us, with one visit moved at short notice and no call to explain the change.
Tamsin G.2025-04-24
Drawers had stopped closing flush and the unit was running warm because of it. He rebuilt the drawer slides, aligned the fronts and rechecked the seal with a strip of paper along each edge before leaving.
Ulric H.2025-04-10
Our undercounter cabinet was cooling unevenly, cold at the back and mild at the front. He replaced a fan that was turning slowly. It works, though I would have liked more explanation of why it failed.
Vera I.2025-03-27
The unit tripped the breaker every time it tried to start. He found a start relay that had failed short and replaced it along with the overload, then watched several start cycles through before he left.
Wyatt J.2025-03-13
Our wine cabinet had drifted six degrees warm and the display would not respond to anything. He replaced the user interface board, recalibrated both zones and left it logging overnight to confirm.
Xenia K.2025-02-27
Condensation was collecting on the glass door of the wine unit right through the summer. He fitted a new door seal and checked the anti condensation heater in the frame, which had gone open circuit.
Yusuf L.2025-02-13
The lower zone of our wine storage stopped cooling while the upper zone stayed correct. He traced it to a stuck solenoid on the second evaporator circuit and changed it without disturbing the racks.
Zara M.2025-01-30
Bottles on the top shelf were noticeably warmer than the racks below them. He found the circulation fan barely turning because of a worn bearing, changed it, and the two shelves read within a degree now.
Aiden N.2025-01-16
The wine cabinet vibrated enough to rattle bottles on the top rack. He rebalanced the compressor mounts and replaced an isolation grommet that had gone hard, and the noise is down to a low hum now.
